I’ve felt really unstable today.

I have no idea why.  I’m happy, then I’m angry beyond belief, then I’m indifferent, then I’m depressed, then I’m frustrated, then I’m content, then I’m feeling sick, then the cycle repeats.

I’ve done a million stupid things and don’t know why I did them.  I told my physics teacher to her face that she had no idea how to teach (she legitimately doesn’t have any idea how, but that’s beside the point), I forgot some stuff for band, I nearly busted in a window on a car in the parking lot, I screamed at one of the band directors to shut up, I yelled at some kids out of turn, and I generally just sucked at life.
